Typical of the process we employ. First stage is a full size drawing scaled-up from chassis dimensions and all available information and pictures.

A mock-up of the final shape is then built onto the actual chassis. This helps to agree the overall profile - proportions - wood runs - joint spacings - even customer fit.

Next stage is the construction of the actual wood frame as shown here.
